Fake Discount

This morning I go to mall in my town. I have a plan to buy some cloth for my daily. When I visit cloth store I see the big sign about discount for many items. After getting cloth that I need, I recognize that the store was increasing the price before, than they give discount. I think they was cheating the costumer including me.
