Good Service

If you have business online you must treat your costumers properly. I ever use some store online and get bad experience with them. After couple weeks my order didn't come to my house, when I call them no body pick the phone. At their website they said that all order will arrive within a week, when I can contact them they say that they have problem with their shipping, If that's true why they didn't confirm me before, so I didn't worry about my order. I think good service can give you loyal costumers. So watch your service!
