Life Balance

We must make sure thatour body get healthy food and balance. Too much sugars, salt and coffee can growing your stress. Change unhealthy food with fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid bad habit like smoking, alcohol and drugs. Unfortunately all that bad habit is used for people to release their stress. So the impact is their stress grow up and make their body worst. So when you got stress, you need balance of food and your life.
