There may well be occasions when you feel that either you are unable or unwilling to do the job of recruiting yourself. In such circumstances you may find it useful to use a recruitment agency. Their costs may sound high, but when you reckon up the internal costs you may find they are not that expensive. Doing the recruiting yourself could take several days of your time and that of others in your firm. If you are working on your own or with just one or two others, this may be too great a distraction from other key tasks.
