Like playing any professional sport, practice makes perfect. As a writer, you are a literary athlete and like any athlete, you just need the chance to flex and tone your literary muscles so that they are taut and sleek. It’s normal to sit in front of a blank piece of paper and take some time just to think; it helps the words take shape. Enjoy your thoughts and the moments before you begin writing.
